		<description>I am a great in giving criticism because I do see everywhere opportunity to improve.

But my experience is mostly, what you describe. The only real occasion where criticism is mostly accepted is, when people ask you for help. Most important then is to focus on the thing that doesn&#039;t work (well) and not on the person.

However, I try to stop criticism as widely as possible. If I can&#039;t improve the situation yet, why bother with pointing out the risks.</description>
